Bhubaneswar mouza & village land-use maps
Every mouza (revenue village) in the Bhubaneswar Development Authority's planning area, with its official Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) 2010 land-use map — the same map a plot's zone (residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural…) is read off. Search a mouza and download its map directly from BDA.
These maps are published by BDA, a government authority — we link straight to BDA's own file for each mouza rather than hosting a copy, so you always get whatever BDA currently has on record. Bhubaneswar Properties does not certify or update these maps; for a zone confirmation on a specific plot, our verification and legal team cross-checks this same source.

What a CDP land-use map tells you
The map colour-codes every parcel in the mouza by permitted use — residential, commercial, industrial, public/semi-public, open space, agricultural, and a few others. Before buying a plot, checking which zone it falls in tells you what you are actually allowed to build. It is one of the checks our buyer guide recommends, and it is what our own team records as a listing's zone once verified.
